Predictions vs reality
At the start of last year, almost all of the top investment companies made predictions on where they thought the S&P 500 index would finish on the last day of 2022.
Here are some of those predictions:
Goldman Sachs- 5,100
Wells Fargo – 5,200
JP Morgan – 5,050
The S&P 500 actually ended the year at 3,839
The truth is, NO ONE KNOWS! No one has a crystal ball which means all of this is just speculation and guessing.
My advice: Ignore the noise and keep investing based on your plan.

Bet On Yourself
Before the start of the 2022 MLB regular season, Yankees slugger Aaron Judge turned down an offer from the team of $213.5 million over 7 years. Judge felt that his play would allow him to increase his value.
That bet paid off as Judge recently signed a 9-year deal worth $360 million – boosting his pay by $146.5 million
Champions of the World
Argentina won the 2022 FIFA World Cup, giving Lionel Messi the trophy that has eluded him his entire career. After losing the 2014 WC Final to Germany, Messi and company finished the job in Qatar last month.
Messi is also on the path to receiving his 8th Ballon d'Or award. This annual award is given to the worlds best soccer player.
What a career and player!
